Single-operator stage props

More about this

Two single-operator dragon suits, designed to allow walking across stage while operating the neck and mouth. The puppets also had a movable tail and spreadable wings. Built in collaboration with Roni Vagner.

The skeletons were made out of PVC and polyethylene pipes and covered with polyethylene foam that was sculpted into scales and skin. The dragons were fitted with a "smoke" system – propellent gas, controlled by the actor inside the suit, was exhausted through the dragon's. Each dragon was about 4.5 meters long and 2.5 meters tall.
