Airplane prop for a live kids' show
The Airplane was designed so that it could be tilted up and rotated by its operator. The plane's movements on stage were synchronized with a moving floor-projection of a runway and flight path.
A winch lifts two wheels on an A-frame which then tilts the plane's body, while an electric motor connected to a wheel enables the plane to rotate. Built from vinyl-covered polyethylene foam over a metal frame.
